Matthias Niebuhr

After his studies in Hamburg, he continued his legal education inter alia at the EC Commission (DG Information Society) and the International Tribunal for the law of the Sea. After working as a lawyer in a business law firm he worked inhouse at AOL Germany for many years.

Matthias Niebuhr is a specialised IT-lawyer certified by the Hamburg Bar. He is member of the German Society for Law and Informatics (DGRI) and the German Society for the Protection of Intellecutal Property (GRUR)
